Over the next decade, Rob refined those skills in the insurance industry, leading teams and developing recruiting systems that consistently delivered top-tier talent. In 2024, he co-founded ScaleForce to bring those proven systems to sales-driven businesses like yours, turning hiring into a competitive advantage.

That experience shaped her ability to thrive under pressure and deliver error-free results, a mindset she carried into her career in sales.
Over the years, Missy has honed her ability to identify talent and develop recruiting systems that win. Her passion for creating scalable, culture-driven teams led her to co-found ScaleForce in 2024. With a decade of experience recruiting and leading high-performing sales teams, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of what makes a business tick, and a relentless drive to help organizations transform their recruiting into a competitive advantage.
